Product Ordering

We offer a variety of ways to place your order and offer samples of most of our products. We recommend trying samples prior to purchase because we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged in shipment.

Secure On-line Ordering

We offer a secure on-line order form. Select the items you wish to order and click on the "Submit Form" button at the bottom of each order form. Products and samples can be ordered on these pages. Samples are available for most of our products. After you select your items, Be sure to fill out the payment/shipping information. Until you submit the Payment/Shipping Information, the order will not be transmitted. You will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days with a total for your order, including shipping charges.

Telephone Ordering

You can order directly by phone from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday. Our phone number is (800)869-9305 in the US or (859)879-7124. If you call after hours, leave a message.

Order By Mail

You can order by mail at any time. If you wish to order regular products by mail, you can go to the Mail-In Order Form, print it out and mail it in. Please be sure to include sufficient funds for product and shipping charges. Mail your order to:AFE, 1016 Bluegrass Road, Versailles, KY 40383, USA

Shipping Information

Orders are generally shipped within ten to fourteen working days (pending credit card approval). Please note that custom blend orders will take longer.

Shipping Charges:

Current shipping charges can be found on our Shipping Charges page. You should receive your order 7-10 working days after we ship.
Outside the Continental U.S. you will billed for actual air mail shipping and insurance charges. (Usually 14-21 day delivery--please note that customs may delay delivery--this is out of our control.) If you wish to know more precise shipping charges for international shipments, you can log onto the www.usps.com, go to calculate postage and check actual shipping charges to your country. Please note that we do insure all packages and ship via Air Mail Parcel Post (to allow us to insure packages.) Customs/duties are your responsibility (for more information, contact your local customs office).
